Honor level matching would be useless, as nearly everyone hits honor5 without doing anything. Well, the players I match with are usually around the same mmr, BUT almost always the same honor level. Why do you think that is? Edit: Nevermind, I'm dumb, and I've realized I'm seeing my own Honor Level on others' profile.

While the fundamental strategies of League are fairly consistent, Riot is constantly tweaking and streamlining the game.
Since that would mean roughly 22 weeks from level 2 checkpoint 2/3 to reach 5 and since season ends in November and its only 18-20 weeks until then depending on when in November. Give honour consistently, better to not premades (premades is half). I got honour 5 today so yes, I think it is possible to do in 6 months.
